Public Meeting Notice  Devens Working Group Meeting - February 25, 2025

The second meeting of the Devens Working Group will be held on February 25 at 1:00 p.m. at 33 Andrews Parkway in Devens. The public is welcome to attend. There will be no remote access for members of the public.

It is anticipated that the working group will receive and discuss reports from the captains of the 3 subgroups that were establisheded in the first meeting. Subgroups are organized as follows:

• Devens Fundamentals: Current state of play with respect to zoning, environmental, historic and other regulations governing development at Devens.
  • Captain: Neil Angus from the Devens Enterprise Commission
• Community Considerations: Impact on and opportunities for Devens and the surrounding communities.
  • Captain: Laura Scott from Devens
• Innovation in Development and Sustainable Housing: Explore opportunities for Devens to be a leader in producing housing that meets the needs of the community, and that is consistent with the Devens’ commitment to sustainability.
  • Captain: Chris Kluchman from EOHLC

The working group will continue to discuss and work on its statutory charge regarding the current zoning and residential uses at Devens, and specifically the Innovation and Technology Center zoning district established by Article V(A)(13) of the zoning by-laws of the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone.
