Overview
The Division of Insurance is scheduling a series of information sessions during the months of January-February 2026 to listen to public comments from interested parties about specific health insurance topics.
Insured health plans are expected to comply with process requirements, including those identified in M.G.L. c. 176O, including - Bulletin 2000-13 - https://www.mass.gov/doc/2000-13-certain-new-requirements-for-payment-of-claims/download.
Please note that if you are not able to attend a session, written comments may be sent to Rebecca Butler at Rebecca.butler@mass.gov and kevin.beagan@mass.gov.
