Division of Insurance Information Session on Provider Directories
Overview
The Division of Insurance is scheduling a series of information sessions during the months of January-February 2026 to listen to public comments from interested parties about specific health insurance topics.
Insured health plans are expected to comply with provider directory requirements, including those identified in M.G.L. c. 176O, 211 CMR 52.00 and Filing Guidance Notice 2024-H - https://www.mass.gov/doc/filing-guidance-notice-2024-h-collecting-provider-directory-information/download.
Please note that if you are not able to attend a session, written comments may be sent to Rebecca Butler at Rebecca.butler@mass.gov and kevin.beagan@mass.gov
