Overview of Frail Elder Waiver Renewal Application Public Listening Session
The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is working with the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) to renew the Frail Elder Waiver.The Frail Elder Waiver is a type of Home- and Community- Based Services (HCBS) waiver. These waivers are typically approved for a five-year period. They must then be renewed with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

MassHealth, an EOHHS agency, is currently renewing the Frail Elder Waiver with CMS. We invite the public to provide comments, orally or in writing. All feedback must be submitted by July 23, 2018.
