Overview of Fuels Mitigation Project in Myles Standish State Forest

The Department of Conservation and Recreation’s Bureau of Forest Fire Control & Forestry will be hosting a public meeting to discuss a fuels mitigation project in Myles Standish State Forest. The project proposes to reduce the natural fuel load to lessen the potential of wildfire as well as to provide safe access for firefighters and fire apparatus on an area along East Line Road.
