In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 20 notice is hereby given of the following meeting:

A meeting of the Hazardous Materials Emergency Mitigation Advisory Board will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. virtually via Microsoft Teams at the following link:

AGENDA

1. Meeting Opening and Introductions 
2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on:
   1. October 19, 2023
3. New Business
   1. Introduction: New Hazardous Material Response Director – Jeffrey Winn
   2. (Voting in of any new Hazmat Technicians).
   3. AP4C Hand-held chemical detectors delivery to response vehicles scheduled for mid-January. 
   4. Cradlepoint (internet) upgrades on TOMs scheduled to be complete mid-December (3 completed).
   5. New iPads purchased for all TOMs, Squads, and CAT Bags (waiting for cases).
   6. Event Coverage: Army/Navy game at Gillette Stadium December 9^th.

4. Old Business:
   1. Hazmat Technician course Part 25B completed December 1^st with 31 students completed the course.
   2. Hazmat Requal course (on-line) and one day at MA Fire Academy Stow scheduled for Tuesday December 19th.
   3. Successful Hazmat support of the 2023 Plymouth Thanksgiving Parade.

5. Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair.
