NOTICE OF MEETING

Dated: March 25, 2020 

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 20 notice is hereby given of the following meeting:

A meeting of the Hazardous Materials Emergency Mitigation Advisory Board will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 11:00 AM as a teleconference via 1-866-916-2030, participant 7460297#.

1. Meeting Opening and Introductions 
2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on January 6, 2020.
3. Old Business:
   1. Vehicle Locations.
      1.  Request approval to move Vehicle 21 to Wilmington from Revere, Vehicle 22 from Stow to Revere.
   2. Discuss the requalification process.
4. New Business:
   1. Due to Covid-19 physical gathering for drills is postponed until further notice. Online training in lieu of in-person training.  Waive the requirement for drill hours to receive stipend.
   2. Request for District 3 Steering Committee nominee, Daniel Martino from Milford FD, to D3 Hazmat Team
5. Next Meeting Date – Monday, May 4, 2020 at 10:00 am located in the Boards and   Commissions Room A101 at the Department of Fire Services in Stow, MA.
