A meeting of the Hazardous Materials Emergency Mitigation Advisory Board will be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Boards and Commissions Room A101 at the Department of Fire Services, State Road, Stow, Massachusetts. 

AGENDA

1. Meeting Opening and Introductions 
2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on March 19, 2018.
3. New Business
   1. Vote to appoint new Hazmat Technicians to fill team vacancies.
   2. Vote to waive requalification class for instructors.
   3. Announcement of vacancy filled.
      1. District 2: William Brown of Revere FD.
      2. District 3: William Collins of Milford FD and Andrejs Sterns of Worcester FD.
      3. District 6: Philip Brady of Gardner FD.
   4. End of year stipends and available drills.
   5. Candidate selection process. (Robert Rooney)
   6. Event Coverage: Boston Fourth of July.
   7. Training: Vigilant Guard.
4. Old Business:
   1. Status of members.
   2. Discuss changes on the requalification of prospective Hazmat team applicants.
   3. Fentanyl Issue: Meeting with the Lab & Further Discussion
5. Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair
