Overview
ORDER SUSPENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE OPEN MEETING LAW GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 30A, SECTION 20
On March 10, 2020, Governor Baker, acting pursuant to the powers provided by Chapter 639 of the Acts of 1950 and Section 2A of Chapter 17 of the Massachusetts General Laws declared a State of Emergency due to the outbreak of the 2019 coronavirus ("COVID-19"). In accordance with the State of Emergency, the Board of Registration of Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Professionals will convene a series of meetings through virtual means that allows real-time public access. Please follow the instructions below which will enable you to follow the proceedings of the Board while those activities are occurring.
