NOTICE OF MEETING

Massachusetts Technical Rescue Coordinating Council

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A § 20, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Massachusetts Technical Rescue Coordinating Council. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Boards and Commissions Room, at the Department of Fire Services, State Road, Stow, MA.

1. Meeting Opening and Introductions
2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on October 29, 2019.
3. Old Business
   1. Discuss map boundaries.
   2. Review of vision and mission statements.
   3. Review surveys distributed to District Team Leaders.
   4. Discussion/Vote on regional advisory committee’s structure.
4. New Business
   1. Discuss the road map moving forward.
   2. Discuss creation of standing subcommittees.
5. Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair.
6. Future agenda items.
7. Determination of future meeting date(s).
