Nancy Cahalen

A critical asset to any organization, reputation is important to control. When damaged, reputation can have tangible financial consequences. Using an interactive approach inspired by BBB’s 100-year history of “customer experience” advocacy and knowledge, this program will introduce business owners to how maintaining BBB’s eight Standards for Trust can positively impact their company’s reputation from the get-go and help maintain it throughout the life of the business.
