NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §2, the Department of Correction will hold a virtual public hearing on proposed amendments to the following regulations:

103 CMR 900-979: County Correctional Facilities

The public hearing on these regulations will be held virtually at 10:00 am on Friday, August 13, 2021.

Speakers are requested to provide a written copy of their planned testimony and all interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments electronically. Registration is not required however, you may pre-register to speak during the hearing by sending an email request to Kathleen.richard@state.ma.us. All written testimony and comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on August 20, 2021 in order to be taken under advisement.
