Paul Maloney, Owner of a Tramway - Present 

Thomas Gilbert - Representative of Ski Clubs or Others who Patronize Recreational Tramways- Present

Vacant Seat - Rep. of Tramway liability insurance company

  1. Public Hearing (separate notice published) on Promulgation of Amendments to the Board’s Regulations at 526 CMR 10.00.

    The board did not receive any oral comments or written submissions from the public during today’s meeting. 

  2. Discuss / Vote - Promulgation of Amendments to the Board’s Regulations at 526 CMR 10.00

    Paul Maloney made a motion to promulgate the Board’s Regulations of 526 CMR 10.00, which was seconded by Thomas Gilbert.
