In accordance with Sections 18-25 of Chapter 30A of the Massachusetts General Laws, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Cannabis Control Commission.  The meeting will take place:

Invitee Session

The Cannabis Control Commission will be inviting organizations with a known interest in the development of regulations for the adult use of marijuana to submit verbal and/or written comments.  Invitees and the public may attend the Invitee Listening Session. Please note that the Commissioners will not be answering questions at the invitee listening sessions.  The purpose of the invitee listening sessions is to hear from representatives of organizations with a known interest in the development of regulations regarding adult use of marijuana.

Written comments may be sent to the Cannabis Control Commission by email (ATTN: Regulations) at: cannabiscommission@state.ma.us or by mail. Please note that any materials sent to the Cannabis Control Commission are subject to disclosure in response to a public records request pursuant to the Public Records laws, G.L. c.4 §7 cl. 26 and G.L. c.66 §10.
