Overview   of Notice of meeting of the HazMat Mitigation Advisory Board 05/10/2021

Per Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, s.20 signed and dated March 12, 2020 and still in effect, a meeting of the Hazardous Materials Emergency Mitigation Advisory Board will be conducted on May 10, 2021, and open to the public.

Agenda

A meeting of the HazMat Mitigation Advisory Board will be conducted on Monday, May 10, 2021, and open to the public, via Teleconference on WebEx

  1. Meeting Opening and Introductions 
  2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on March 8, 2021.
  3. New Business
    1. Welcome Chief John Dearborn of Longmeadow Fire Department.
    2. Vote on team appointments and/or transfers.
    3. Discuss stipends.
    4. Discuss JSMACSS
    5. Discuss recent purchases and the training and deployment of each.
  4. Old Business:
    1. Discuss vehicle locations.
    2. Discuss dispatch.
    3. Discuss the Academy Hazardous Materials courses.
  5. Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair.
  6. Next Meeting Date – Thursday, June 24, 2021
  7. Adjournment.
