Overview   of Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to M. G. L. c. 13, § 11A(b); c. 30A; and c. 112, §§ 61, 23M the Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions will hold a public hearing relative to proposed promulgation of amendments to the Board’s regulations at 259 Code Mass. Regs. §§ 3.00 (Occupational Therapists), 4.00 (Athletic Trainers), and 5.00 (Physical Therapists) and to propose promulgation of 259 Code Mass. Regs. § 7.00 (Continuing Competence).
