Agenda

1. Meeting Opening and Introductions

2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on December 28, 2021

3. Discuss Tech Rescue Policy/SOG Subcommittee correspondence: If Any

4. Old Business:
   1. Review old items for SOG/SOPs If Any 
   2. Confirmation of Completed SOG/SOP’s Draft’s: Safety Officer, Mission Statement, Team Leader, Accountability. Just looking for confirmation these have been completed and forwarded to Council
5. New Business:
   1. Review list of SOGs/Policies and prioritize them. I am not sure if the Committee will feel if all of these apply which is fine I just wanted to put some possible Policies on the agenda to discuss or possible add Policies to the list or delete some if Committee feels are not necessary. Open for discussion.

      2. Incident Critique/AAR
      3. Medical Officer
      4. Planning Officer
      5. Team Leader Aide
      6. First Arriving Team Member

             b.  Discuss division of labor on the project to expedite completion of initial drafts. 

    6.      Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair.

   1.  Identify SOGs/SOPS to have finalized drafts ready for our next meeting. 
9.  Determination of future meeting date(s).
