Overview

Join the Universal Access Program for accessible small group hiking in Rockport! During this program, run by our partner Waypoint Adventure, you’ll see stunning forests, view ponds/waterways, eat lunch, and connect with new people.
You’ll benefit from our selection of adaptive equipment, receive instruction to meet any learning style, and be encouraged to reach your individual goals.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Registration ends October 20, 2025.
Day and Time: Thursday, October 23, 2025; 10 a.m.–1 p.m.

You need to meet our Essential Eligibility Criteria or hiking and to pre-register.

What to bring:
- Small back pack or bag to carry your things
- Clothes comfortable for hiking
- Lunch or snacks
- Water bottle
- Sun protection (hat, glasses, lotion)
- Bug spray
- Lace-up sneakers or hiking boots
- *Waypoint Adventure can provide hats, gloves, warm socks, boots, and extra layers for you to borrow. If you think you may need to borrow something, please let them know in advance!
