Join Perkins School for the Blind's 2024 - 2025 series of family workshops designed for parents and professionals to learn the many aspects of transition planning for young adults with disabilities.
As individuals with disabilities turn 22 and move from pediatric care to adult services, the process can involve insurance changes, making important healthcare decisions, and advocating for their unique needs. Finding primary care can be especially tricky for those with complex needs.
