Overview of Public Comment Period for Proposed Amendment
Under the authority of Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) c.6, s. 140 and pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, s. 3, MCB proposes to amend regulations at 111 CMR 1.00 Case Conference, Administrative Review, Voluntary Mediation, and Fair Hearing. The regulation governs the appeal process for applicants or recipients of MCB services dissatisfied with the delivery or denial of MCB services under MCB federal or state programs. These regulations have been updated to reflect changes in the Rehabilitation Act and accompanying regulations. A red line version of the proposed amendment is also attached.
- All persons desiring to submit data, views or arguments concerning these proposed actions shall file the same with the General Counsel of MCB at 600 Washington Street, Boston Massachusetts, 02111 by 5:00 p.m. on Monday November 13, 2017.
