Overview
DOER will hold four hybrid public information sessions to provide an overview of the proposed regulations and draft accompanying guidelines, and an opportunity for Q&A. Interpretation services will be available for both in-person and remote attendees.
Visit DOER's Clean Energy Siting & Permitting Regulations webpage to view the draft regulations and preliminary draft accompanying guidelines. A public comment process for the draft guidelines will take place later this year.
Written comments on the draft regulations will be accepted until 5:00 PM on October 17, 2025. Please email written comments as attached PDF files to DOER.Siting.Permitting@mass.gov with the words "S&P Follow On Rulemaking Comments" in the subject line. Written comments can also be submitted via mail to Rick Collins, Department of Energy Resources, 100 Cambridge Street, 9th Floor, Boston, MA 02114.
