In accordance with Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as extended by Chapters 22 and 107 of the Acts of 2022, and further extended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, and the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General’s guidance updated as of June 28, 2023, please note the following:
Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, § 20, that a meeting of the Municipal Finance Oversight Board, established under Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2003, and so designated under Chapter 149 of the Acts of 2004, will be held through remote participation via Conference Call Number: (323) 433-2351, Access Code: 764852647#, on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
Notice is hereby also given that the Municipal Finance Oversight Board will electronically record this meeting.
