Virtual Meeting Held via Microsoft Teams November 13, 2025, @ 10:00 a.m.
At 10:10 a.m., the Chair, Jeff Crowley, called the open meeting to order.

- Tramway Modification Application - Berkshire East
The Board heard from Bobby Farrell of Elevation Engineering regarding the application. Taylor Wunsch, the founder of EZ-Lift Systems, gave a presentation that demonstrated and described the EZ-Lift System and explained the system for the Board. Cesar Lastra asked why plans were not submitted with the application showing footing details. Mr. Farrell explained that there are no changes to the existing footing and no additional concrete poured so that the existing documentation on file is up to date and accurate. Paul Maloney made a motion to allow the EZ-Lift System to be used at Berkshire East, conditioned on a successful or positive inspection by a state inspector before it is used by the public; seconded by Daniel Kilburn.

The application and supporting documents were displayed on the screen, and Daniel Kilburn and Cesar Lastra reviewed them with Board Members. Following the review, Daniel Kilburn made a motion to approve the Lift Construction Application for Blue Hills Ski Area (Beginner Tow); seconded by Paul Maloney.
A roll call vote was conducted, and the motion was approved as follows:
