April 17, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m. Meeting called to order at 3:02 p.m.

Roll Call:

Jeff Crowley, Chairman, Owner of a Rope Tow -Present 

Daniel Walsh, Designee to the Commissioner - Present ()

Paul Maloney, Owner of a Tramway - Present 

Thomas Gilbert - Representative of Ski Clubs or Others who Patronize Recreational Tramways- Absent

Vacant Seat - Rep. of Tramway liability insurance company

1. Discuss / Vote Meeting minutes from 12/18/24 RTB Meetings -Tabled
2. Discuss/ Vote 

3. Tramway New Construction Application - Ski Butternut 

   Cesar Lastra of DOL presented the New Construction Application for Ski Butternut for Board members’ review. After a discussion amongst members, Paul Maloney made a motion to approve the Construction Permit for Ski Butternut, which was seconded by Jeff Crowley, and the motion passed 3-0.

3. Discuss Matters not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting

Board members discussed with Board Counsel that draft revisions to the Board’s regulations will be presented at the next meeting. 

Jeff Crowley mentioned he and his team will submit highspeed quad application to Ceaser Lastra for next meeting for review.

Paul Maloney made a motion to adjourn, which was seconded by Dan Walsh, and passed 3-0. The time was 03:25 p.m.
