Meeting called to order at 9:31 a.m.

Jeff Crowley, Chairman, Owner of a Rope Tow -Present 

Daniel Kilburn, Designee to the Commissioner - Present    

Paul Maloney, Owner of a Tramway - Present 

Thomas Gilbert - Representative of Ski Clubs or Others who Patronize Recreational Tramways- Present

Vacant Seat - Rep. of Tramway liability insurance company

1. Discuss / Vote Meeting Minutes from May 22, 2025

Andrew Bridges informed members due to the time between meetings, meeting minutes from May 22,2025 will be tabled.  

2. Discuss / Vote 

3. Tramway Construction Application – Wachusett

   After a brief discussion members decided to table the Tramway application for Wachusett.

5. Regulation Revisions

   Counsel and board members continued discussing draft for revised regulations to 526 CMR 10.00. Paul Maloney made a motion to approve the draft revised regulations to 526 CMR 10.00 seconded by Thomas Gilbert. 

  A roll call vote was conducted:

The motion passed ,4-0

4. Discuss Matters not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting

5. Adjourn

Daniel Kilburn made a motion to adjourn the meeting seconded by Paul Maloney; the motion passed 4-0.
