Meeting called to order at 9:31 a.m.

Paul Maloney, Owner of a Tramway - Present
Thomas Gilbert - Representative of Ski Clubs or Others who Patronize Recreational Tramways- Present
Vacant Seat - Rep. of Tramway liability insurance company
- Discuss / Vote - Catamount Application for Lift 3 Modification
Cesar Lastra presented the Catamount Application for Lift 3 for Board member review. After a discussion, Thomas Gilbert made a motion to approve the application, seconded by Daniel Kilburn.
A roll call vote was conducted and the motion passed, 4-0:

Discuss / Vote – Wachusett Mountain for Lift Application
Ceaar Lastra presented the Wachusett Mountain Lift Application for Board member review. Jeff Crowley recused. After a discussion, Thomas Gilbert made a motion to approve the Wachusett Mountain Lift Application, which was seconded by Paul Maloney.
A roll call vote was conducted and the motion passed, 3-0.
