Overview

The Insurance and Financial Services Division (IFSD) of the Office of Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell is seeking comments regarding ways to facilitate compliance and/or further improve existing standards for workers’ compensation prescription drug pricing protocols, with the goal of making a joint submission with stakeholders and market participants to the Division of Industrial Accidents regarding any suggestions on which there is agreement.
