Public Meeting Notice  Thursday, February 17, 2022, Notice of Public Hearing: 301 CMR 16.00

Notice is hereby given that the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) intends to adopt new regulations pursuant to Acts 2020 c. 358, as amended by Acts 2021, c. 24. The proposed regulations, 301 CMR 16.00 Cranberry Bog Renovation Tax Credit, provide the procedures and requirements necessary to implement and administer the cranberry bog renovation tax credit program and for taxpayers to claim tax credits under this program. EEA is seeking public comment on the proposed regulations as described in this notice.
