Notice of Right to Pursue Modified Mortgage Filing Process (Begin Submission Below)

Please be advised that the Division has changed its reporting process for the Semi-Annual 35B Modification form commencing with the reporting period January-June 2022.

The new process will require filers to adhere to the online form below. Filers should ONLY report 35B activity initiated and concluded within the six month period being reported. 35B modifications which are initiated but not completed will NOT be accepted.
