  • Request an interpreter the moment you know one is needed. Requests should be submitted at least 7 business days before the scheduled appointment. More lead time improves the likelihood of being able to fulfill your request.
  • It is strongly recommended that you include your supervisor's email in the contact field. 

NOTE: Unfortunately there will be times when a request cannot be filled. There is a serious shortage of interpreters across the USA, and a very high demand. Submission of requests for interpreters does not guarantee fulfilment. All efforts will be made to fill requests, but please understand if your request cannot be filled.
