You will be asked questions about your organization. Then you will be asked a series of questions about each vehicle you are applying for. While answering the questions, you can scroll down and hit "save for later" if you would like to generate a URL so you can return to your draft application. The URL will be available for 30 days and will then expire, so make sure to go back into the application within 30 days. Once you complete the questions, you will have the opportunity to upload the required forms. If you have not already filled out the forms, please visit Apply for an accessible vehicle through the Community Transit Grant Program to download the forms and complete them before you fill out this online application. Once you begin uploading documents, "save for later" will no longer be available. Once you have uploaded all your forms and see the green checkmark next to each upload, you may hit the "submit" button. It may take a few minutes, but you will see a thank you screen acknowledging your submission, and you will receive an email acknowledgment as well.
