Massachusetts CJC Online Complaint Form

Complaint Form for claims of judicial misconduct or judicial disability relating to Massachusetts state court judge. Complaints against other Massachusetts court employees, including Clerk-Magistrates, cannot be made using this form.

This online form is designed to provide the Massachusetts CJC with the information necessary to determine whether your complaint falls within its jurisdiction, pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 211C, and whether an investigation or further action can be taken.  The Massachusetts CJC has jurisdiction over claims of misconduct against state court judges from all court departments.  This form should NOT be used to make a complaint against any other court personnel.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ONE JUDGE MAY BE COMPLAINED OF ON EACH FORM SUBMITTED.
