This online form is designed to provide the Massachusetts CJC with the information necessary to determine whether your complaint falls within its jurisdiction, pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 211C, and whether an investigation or further action can be taken. The Massachusetts CJC has jurisdiction over claims of misconduct against state court judges from all court departments. This form should NOT be used to make a complaint against any other court personnel.
Please note that a separate complaint form must be submitted for each judge against whom you may wish to file a complaint. A complaint must also only describe allegations of misconduct against one judge, unless you are alleging that judges conspired together.
