For complainants with representation, the MCAD will permit attorneys and Duly Authorized Representatives (DARs) to file complaints on their behalf electronically.
Pro se complainants (without representation) can file complaints with the MCAD in-person at an MCAD Office (Boston, Springfield, or Worcester), by utilizing the Commission’s online scheduling portal to schedule a virtual intake with an MCAD staff member, or by mailing a complaint to the MCAD.
