The mission of the EOHLC is to strengthen cities, towns and neighborhoods to enhance the quality of life of Massachusetts residents. Fraud, waste and abuse are counter-productive to EOHLC's mission, and we would greatly appreciate any information you may have to help us ensure that the resources of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are used effectively and appropriately.
