Fill out the FAFSA 

To apply for financial aid, complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

Fill out the MASFA 

Eligible, non-U.S. citizens at MA higher education institutions can apply for state financial aid through the MASFA (Massachusetts Application for State Financial Aid). Complete this instead of the FAFSA.
