Upcoming Foster Care/Adoption Informational Meetings

Discover how you can change the life of a child in need by becoming a foster or adoptive parent through the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Starting May 19, 2026, DCF will host virtual information sessions. English-speaking virtual training will take place every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. and on alternate Tuesdays from noon to 1:30 p.m. Additionally, DCF will offer Spanish information sessions on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month.

Statewide Information Sessions

English Virtual Foster Care / Adoption Informational Session

  • Every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.  
  • The 2nd Sunday of each month from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Every other Tuesday from noon to 1:30 p.m. (see dates below)
