  1. Applicability of Requirement

    You are required to submit an annual report and certification of your Recycling, Composting, or Conversion (RCC) activities to MassDEP if you:

    • Own or operate a larger and/or complex new or expanded RCC operation (as defined by 310 CMR 16.05) that holds a MassDEP SW 46 or SW 47 permit.

    Submitting this report will satisfy the annual certification requirements of 310 CMR 16.05.
