What you need for Request a review of a decision made by the Prequalification Committee
Please refer to 700 CMR 14.07 Review of Prequalification Committee Decisions for Contractors:
- To request an informal review of a decision or determination, email the Prequalification Committee a signed letter on company letterhead stating the reason for the review.
- To request a formal hearing, file your request in writing by certified mail within 15 days after receiving notice of the subject decision or determination, in accordance with M. G .L. c. 81, § 8B. The Prequalification Appeal Board, or its designee(s), shall conduct a hearing without delay and render a decision. The decision or determination of the Prequalification Committee shall remain in effect until the Appeal Board renders a decision in writing on the appeal. The decision of the Appeal Board shall be final and binding, subject to the right of the Contractor to a judicial review under the applicable provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A.
