What you need
To apply, you will need to:
- Complete and sign the entire online application form (found in the links below)
- Submit all required source and finished product analyses outlined in the application
- Submit labels for all products to be sold in Massachusetts
- In-state only: Contact the local health department concerning permit fees in the city or town that the product is manufactured
Fees
Pay by credit card or electronic fund transfer using the Environmental Health eLicensing Portal.
How to apply
Go to the Environmental Health eLicensing Portal and create an account, or log into your existing account. If this is your first time using this new portal, please visit BCEH eLicensing System User Guide.
