If you have a question or comment on the BCEH eLicensing System, or on a license or registration with BCEH, please contact BCEH using the form below.

Please choose the subject you are contacting us about from the list and fill out the required fields. If your email service uses spam filtering, please be sure to allow emails from RadiationControl@mass.gov and FPPeLicensing@mass.gov, or you may not receive our response to your inquiry.

A BCEH customer service representative will assist you once your form is submitted. Please allow a response time of 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday.
