The Details

What you need

Description No person shall engage in the business of reselling any ticket or tickets of admission or other evidence of right of entry to any theatrical exhibition, public show or public amusement or exhibition without being licensed therefor by the Office of Public Safety and Inspections.

Required Documents:

  1. Must complete Ticket Resellers Application, see downloads below.
  2. Copy of valid driver’s license or state issued identification.
  3. Must submit to a criminal (CORI) records check.
  4. A business certificate from the city or town where the business is located.
  5. You must provide affidavits or recommendations from two reputable Massachusetts citizens verifying the reputation of the applicant.
  6. Payment in the form of check or money order only.

Applicant will be notified of additional requirements after application is received.

Fees

All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
