The Supplier Diversity Office certifies Out-of-State companies as Massachusetts Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE), and Portuguese Business Enterprises (PBE). Out-of-state applicants must follow the steps below.
- Obtain certification in their home state prior to seeking certification in Massachusetts.
- View the online webcast before submitting an application.
- Provide SDO with a home state certification letter to apply for Massachusetts certification.
