What you need   for Employer inbox on Unemployment Services for Employers

Revenue correspondence for subjectivity determinations, contribution rates, certified assessments, employer payment plans, etc. that was generated on or after September 12, 2023, can now be viewed on Unemployment Services for Employers. Employers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) will “view letters” to access this information.

All benefits and claims related correspondence and any correspondence generated before September 12, 2023, will still be viewed in UI Online.  

When a new letter is available for an employer or TPA on Unemployment Services for Employers, they will be notified by email   that a letter is ready to view. A notification will also show in their Action Center. Employers and TPAs will also be able to view a list of all received letters generated on or after September 12, 2023.  

How to view   Employer inbox on Unemployment Services for Employers

To view all letters generated on or after September 12, 2023, follow the below steps: 

  1. Once logged into Unemployment Services for Employers, click Additional Services.  

  2. On the Correspondence panel, click View Letters. Note: The View Messages option is used to view correspondence that was not sent in the form of a letter (e.g., legal name change approval message, suspension approval message, etc.). 

  3. Click the Letter Name to view the contents of a letter.
  4. Letters that have not yet been accessed are displayed with bold text.
  5. To archive a letter, click Archive. Once a letter is archived, it can be viewed on the Archived list. Alternatively, you can click Archive All to archive all received letters.
  6. To search for a specific letter, click Search. In the Filter field, enter a keyword related to the letter you are looking for or, in the Sent From and Sent To fields, enter a range of dates the letter was received during.
