Significant Changes Are Coming May 6, 2025
An upgrade to the Unemployment Services for Employer system will launch on May 6, 2025, providing employers and third-party administrators with a single system to manage both tax accounts and employee claims in one place.
Account and employer registration
Register your business with the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) to access your Unemployment Services for Employers account. This is the only system where you can view and manage information related to your unemployment insurance employer account.
Quarterly contributions
Massachusetts law requires employers to submit quarterly wage detail reports and make unemployment insurance payments.
Protest unemployment benefits and file an appeal
If you believe an employee should not receive benefits or disagree with a determination, you can file a protest or appeal.
