What you need for Enroll in the 1033 Program

Any federal, state, or local law enforcement agency that has arrest and apprehension authority can participate in the 1033 program. The agency must enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the State Coordinator's office.

How to enroll Enroll in the 1033 Program

Next steps for Enroll in the 1033 Program

Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Authorization

You're required to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to proceed forward. 

All agencies must request to be approved for participation by both the State Coordinator and the Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO). The agency will then receive an authorization letter for allowing them to requisition property.
