What you need   for Existing Virtual Gateway Users

Once the forms are complete, your organization will be eligible for EIM/ESM user training and other "go live" activities.

Each provider organization deploying EIM/ESM is assigned a Deployment Contact who supports implementation and ongoing activities. Your Deployment Contact works with your organization before and after you "go-live" with EIM/ESM.

How to enroll   Existing Virtual Gateway Users

Please e-mail the Organization Management Template - Form D and the User Request Form to: VirtualGatewayDeployment@state.ma.us and keep a signed copy of the User Request Form for your records.
