More info

Below are the filing instructions and financial reporting forms which must be used by all TSPs. General instructions for filing an annual return can be downloaded and printed out separate from the financial forms. The annual return and revenue statement forms consist of a 3-page return. There is also a simplified 1-page revenue statement to be used by payphone providers. Please note that only the incumbent telecom service providers need to file the 4 Excel tables.

If for some reason a TSP cannot file its annual return in time to meet the March 31 deadline, a written request for an extension of time in which to file may be sent to the attention of the Director of the Competition Division, stating the reason for such request and the expected filing date.
