Features for List Server
A list server (Listserv) is a device that operates mailing lists and distributes new messages, newsletters, or other postings from list members or list administrators to the entire list of subscribers.
Agency administrators can modify their lists, adding or removing recipients whenever they need.
Use this service when you have a large amount of external recipients OR a combination of both internal and external recipients.
If you want to send email to Commonwealth O365 recipients ONLY, please create/request a Distribution List (DL) for your recipients.
