How to request   Relay using hearing-carry-over

  1. To start, you can call (800) 439-2370 for English or (866) 930-9252 for Spanish.
  2. Once the operator answers, you should type "HCO PLS GA" to which the operator should confirm with "HCO ON GA".
  3. You can then type the phone number you'd like to call but please say "GA" to confirm you're ready to "go ahead".
