Who we serve

We provide for an efficient and reliable 9-1-1 system for all residents and visitors of the Commonwealth. We also provide specialized telephone equipment for people with disabilities and make available funding to communities in support of their local 9-1-1 call centers.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The State 911 Department has issued a request for response for the operation and maintenance of its Next Generation 911 system. Interested bidders should view bid number  BD-23-1044-EPS90-1044E-84666 available on Commbuys (www.Commbuys.com) and respond accordingly.   Registration in Commbuys is not required to view the bid, however, registration is required for response to the bid.   Please contact OSD Help Desk at OSDHelpDesk@mass.gov or 1-888-627-8283 or 617-720-3197 during normal business hours (8am - 5pm ET Monday – Friday) for assistance with Commbuys.
